Dr Jean Louis' Adventure

St. Basil's Cathedral near Red Square in Moscow, Russia
Saint Basil’s Cathedral on the Red Square in Moscow, Russia, was built by Ivan the Terrible in 1561 with eight brick churches in perfect symmetry around the ninth tallest one. The Cathedral of Intercession of the Virgin by the Moat is stunning with its towers, scales, arches and onion domes all painted in a rainbow of colors. Thankfully it survived attempts to demolish it by Napoleon in 1812 and Joseph Stalin in 1936.

I love this place
